We had the tasting menu paired with wines. Beautifully balanced, very tasty, light but plentiful. Discrete but very efficient staff. The fish course hake was succulent and every course was faultless. A great change from the run of the mill tapas style Spanish restaurant's all...More

We had lunch with 3 persons and it was nice. We received the bill, paid and gave a generous tip. However, on our way home, we saw that we had been charged tax (iva) twice. I wrote an email to the owner. He apologized and...More

Had the degustation meal here this week priced at 38 euros per head, quite inexpensive. First impressions, decor was nice, chairs very comfortable, music playing was pleasant and not too loud, cloth tablecloth and napkins. We were given a complimentary glass of cava and a...More

We booked the place with a coupon to have my birrthday lunch - and were very disappointed. The place itself is nice (not more), but far away to be a noble michelin restaurant. The waiters are really UNFRIENDLY with very limited English - would be...More

I have been many times to this restaurant. It is a gem of a place but it is hidden away. The menu offers traditional Spanish food. The prices are not cheap but given the quality of the food they are justified. It is a small,...More

We chose this restaurant from the online Michelin guide. Rated "Bib Gourmand" it definitely lived up to and even exceeded its rating, serving exquisitely cooked traditional Spanish food with the occasional twist, such as the generous chunks of foie gras that topped the grilled scallops....More

Highly recommended. The food is amazing and the service is great. They invited us to cava, melon with jamón and coconut muffins. The entrecot and the salad was awesome. And the desert incredible. Nice ambience too

Hip bars and galleries, independent theaters and music
venues, young people with tattoos and funky hair,
narrow winding streets — this is Malasaña. Near the
center, Plaza Dos de Mayo is a gathering of friends

and creative types with notebooks and sketchpads on
the plaza’s benches. It may not be as neat and tidy as
many other parts of the city, but this only adds to
