This place was all that is promised in the review and then some. The atmosphere, the service, the food. It was perfect. The menu was only in spanish so we ended up taking the recommended tapas menu. Got all sorts of foods we wouldn't normally order but were very happy with all of them.

Stumbled across this place and what a find it is. Fabulous food, friendly and helpful staff, and a laid back atmosphere. We had a great selection of dishes (some suitable for veggies). Recommend the passion fruit dessert.

I go back to this place, once more, with a couple of friends. It is their first time for them, and I feared I raised their expectations too much. I did not. They fell in love for this hidden gem. It is difficult to get dinner for three, including their new and tasty Thai duck, a selection of excellent wines... More

A friend and I sampled this place after a recommendation from locals, it did not disappoint. The menu is tapas - fusion (if there is such a thing?) with traditional dishes slightly tweaked or in some cases, turned on their head with a Japanese flavour. This is not a Japanese restaurant though - oh no! It's a lively bar come... More

Looking for a nice restaurant in our neighbourhood we found Bar Tonyina. It is a lot bigger than what you would imagine and the food is much more delicious then what you would expect in a "Bar". Menu's are available from € 12, € 19 and € 24, we ordered the last one and it was delicious.

Went here as our first real meal after arriving in spain. Great food and amazing service. Went out of their way to accommodate us and recommended great options. Small modern setting with kitchen in center.

First meal in Valencia and was not disappointed. Good food, wine, service and value. The set meals are good but be adventurous. Trust the staff on the wine for their local knowledge.

Very good food, very friendly and for A good price, so we would come back here for sure! The lady who helped us was translating the menu and didn't mind that we were simple tourists, good wine too! We would recommend It to everybody!
