Went here every night of our three night stay. Very nice food at reasonable prices and a very friendly host who will make you feel welcome without being pushy in any way

Charming little restaurant with homemade food and the friendliest owner in town! When you see him outside and he invites you in, ACCEPT! The lasagna and spaghetti come with plenty of sauce. The brushetta is warm, crunchy bread and tasty tomatoes with fresh garlic and basil. The tiramusu is DIVINE!

...but I had a great experience and promised you a review (in October of 2014)!!! I'm so sorry for the delay. My husband and I went to Amalfi for our honeymoon. We came by in the evening and had a great time talking to the owner and staff. He even gave us a little taste of his homemade limoncello from... More

Food was simple but pleasing, however the plates were removed before all diners had finished eating (a pet hate of mine) and we were charged a cover despite not receiving the bread other diners received and challenging the bill. The food was not good enough to recommend others tolerate the impertinence of the owners of this establishment!! 😮😓

This family owned and operated restaurant tucked away in the winding streets of Amalfi town is a real gem. We were warmly welcomed by the characterful owner who explained that we would not be disappointed - we were not! Following his recommendations, which were delivered with passion but without pressure, we had a delightful and tasteful authentic Italian meal. We... More

We walked past this restaurant, one of so many, and the pasta looked so good and the place was buzzing at lunchtime. We said we would definitely go back to sample the pasta on another day as we were not ready to eat which we did. The purpose journey was totally justified. The pasta was quite delicious probably the best... More

You will definitely enjoy if you understand how the business of the Patrone work and you have humor. In the rush hour between 7 and 9PM you have to do revenue and that mean to do simply your best by dealing with your limited space resources. And the owner definitely knows how to deal. Our evaluation after the 5th stay... More

We decided to stop here for a light lunch and coffee and it was okay but isn't wasn't the best we have had in Amalfi. We thought it was a little expensive for what you get and the coffee was the most expensive we have had since we have been here. We wouldn't return but others obviously like it. I... More
