We stumbled upon this place after a Twilight Walk in Rome Tour. Our guide gave us some recommendations for a traditional Roman meal and this was the first one that we found. Our good fortune! The artichoke ravioli was amazing; we were eating late so...More

I read the reviews and should have listened... lamb was inedible... Tough and smelled/tasted old. I am in Roma 3-4x a year and this place needs a bit more consistency. My husband's beef rolls were very good as were the potatoes. Service was good. This...More

I don't understand the excellent reviews. The food was OK but not really commensurate with the price charged and the service was pretty indifferent. The waiters seemed to take no interest whatsoever in us. Wouldn't bother to return.

We saved this to be our last night for dinner. A bit like the last supper. Julius Caesar was supposedly killed here?? Hmm I think it was near here maybe. But the ambience of this place is amazing. Then there is the food. Just come...More

This restaurant is in a small courtyard near the Campo di Fiori. Supposedly Julia Roberts was here for the filming of Eat, Pray, Love. Be warned that when ordering lamb chops they may not be the type we are used to - these were all...More

This is a serious restaurant. It's no more expensive than others but the standard are far higher and staff really know what they're talking about. Having regretted eating at the very busy little place opposite (10m away!) we deeply regretted not coming here to Pancrazio...More

Stumbled upon Da Pancrazio trying to find our way through the maze of small streets and piazzas leading to Campo de Fiori. Stopped for lunch and tasted the finest fried fiori di zucca ever as well as Roman style pasta alla Gricia and all'Amatriciana. The...More

Da Pancrazio is built over the ruins of a Roman Theatre. And you can go into the cellar and explore. This alone should bring you to the restaurant. Add the deliscious house wine, scrumptious pastas, and excellent service and you gave a winner. The potatoe...More

We stayed close to this restaurant in Rome. Stumbled accross it only to find out the historical significance. It is built over an ancient theater where Julius Ceaser was killed. You can go down to the cellar and see whats left. Food was good, service...More

We stumbled upon this gem one evening while walking around and loved it so much we came back a second time. Always busy so I guess locals know a good thing. The Cannelloni is amazing, the best we have ever had. We will be back...More

We walked in and could be seated with no problem. We are American, so a 7 pm eating time was best for us, I have a feeling it was busier at 9 pm. I believe you can make reservations through Trip Advisor.
