From the outside looks like a tourist trap. Well, it's not! Genuine Roman Cuisine, good quality, home made dishes, excellent service. Prices very reasonable.

We had two lovely meals at Il Bocconcino. The service was great - Paolo and Andrea were very attentive and the atmosphere was great, not too noisy. The pasta was to die for and as for the coffee mousse - well - divine. Just a...More

Very good food! My husband and I ate lunch at Il Bocconcino after touring the Colosseum. Even though this restaurant is in the vicinity of the Colosseum, it's still far enough away that this isn't a tourist trap. We had the rosemary focaccia/prosciutto for an...More

Close proximity to Colisseum ; this small restaurant is a very authentic place if you need to grab some good, light Italian dishes. Took a hummus base with spinach as starter and pork fillet- very juicy.

Right next to the colosseum. Cute little restaurant with good food! We had the Carbonara Pasta and Seabass with vegetables. The food was good and price was about average.

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just
west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as
it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet
for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season,
quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its
cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique
and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime
residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at
