After much walking, we were ready to have a sit-down lunch. We found Popolo Cafe and were seated upstairs. We ordered a bruschetta plate with 4 different kinds of bruschetta - really good and different. Yesterday we had a late, heavy lunch so didn't want...dinner. Learning from that experience, I then only ordered a really nice salad and my husband got pasta. Service was great, food was very good and prices were very reasonable.More

Wonderful meal. Really cozy premises on two floors. Delicious creamy lasagna. Overall very good atmosphere there. I enjoyed.

This charming little cafe has it all. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent. Obviously freshly made to order and all attractively served, piping hot. The prices were extremely reasonable. Highly recommended.

Service was okay, the food was also okay. But the ampunt was horrendous. Ordered a «platter of bruschetta» for 9€ and got one piece of bread, whoch tasted fine but for that price and the description «platter» was misleading

It fully deserves 5 stars. The food is delicious, it tastes really good. The aperol spritz tastes good, it's not fake or cheated. The waiters are nice and smiling. Best place to eat near Piazza del Popolo. The reward is really good.

We came here for lunch after checking into our hotel. It was lunchtime. I had the tagliatelle fungi, and my husband had the pizza divalo; both were great, and the pasta was a small portion, which was the only downside. Location wise, you bear enough...to some lovely places, but you're right opposite the tram stop. Would go again for a quick bite.More

At first sight it seemed another terrible way too touristy restaurant. We were seated upstairs with quite loud music, and this fine with us. The food was very good. We had some burgers and pizza’s and a salad. The personnel was extremely friendly and helpful....Just one point of criticism: fix the sink in the toilets… The rest was A-okay!More

We visited this unassuming cafe after the rugby as it was conveniently situated right next to the tram stop in Flaminio. What a find it was. We had fantastic pizzas and decided to go back the next night for a repeat performance. On the third...night we tried the Menu Fisso. Again it was delicious. Great value - bruschetta, pizza and a glass of wine for €12 plus €1 service charge. Let’s see what tonight brings 🙂More

We ate at this little gem three nights in a row, the service and food was excellent. The first night, they were very welcoming, the second night they greeted us like old friends and the third night, we were family!

Great minestrone and delicious grilled chicken. Waiters friendly, courteous and helpful unlike some of the snooty waiters we have encountered in Rome.

What a lovely find this caffe was. Had the tonnarelli all'amatriciana, which was rich in flavor and texture. Will definitely be back again!

What a wonderful little Roma establishment. Not only is the food off the charts, it sits right on a perfect people viewing corner in Rome. Be sure to get an outside table. Wine is fabulous and the pizza is top choice. We had the Greek...salad, salmon pasta, caprese and every dish hit the mark. We actually ate there 3 times in two days. Call us boring but this food was that goodMore

Really lovely restaurant! I had the seafood spaghetti and my partner had the carbonara. We also had numerous drinks. The staff were lovely and we didn’t feel rushed at all, we stayed for about 2 hours. Food was delicious and we’ll definitely be returning!
