Have visited a number of times Cybo over the past few years and recently had a 2 year gap. The menu seemed very similar to the last time I was there which was a bit of an initial disappointment. The restaurant decor and lighting is second to none in Rome in my opinion. My chosen starter was creamed stockfish and... More

Very romantic atmosphere especially for dinner. The food is really good but comes in small portions.

Went on new years day for dinner and it was busy but we were lucky to get a table without booking. Very trendy with modern decor and pop music playing along with a live saxophone player accompanying it. Menu was good with the typical italian 4 courses and a good number of gluten free options clearly visible along with an... More

We are a married couple who were drawn to this restaurant primarily because it had a separate bar. We did not dine here. When we arrived there were many people, and the atmosphere was fun. It was easy to talk to people, and the environment was inviting. The waiters were also very nice. This is the area to go bar... More

Cybo was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The restaurant was open Christmas day; we had reservations for lunch and we're seated immediately upon arrival. We ordered the grilled octopus, pasta with tuna, beef filet and salmon. Everything was exceptional, the only reason this eatery doesn't rate 5 out of 5 is the food preparation and service were quite slow... More

The service at Cybo was excellent. It is located very close to Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. It is in a wonderfully quaint location. The prosciutto pizza is to die for. One of the best in Rome. Prices are very, very reasonable. Definitely a place you cannot miss!

My favorite Italian dessert, by far, is tiramisu. We spent a week in Rome and tried to find the best tiramisu. Yes, we consulted Tripadvisor, of course, and ate at the most highly recommended places. But in my opinion Cybo's tiramisu beats them all. We had lunch there after a 4-hour walking tour of the Roman ruins, and our guide... More

We chanced on this restaurant looking for somewhere that didn't appear to cater for tourists only. It's great. Good service, tasty food and not overly expensive. Full of young locals. Six of us shared three starters, seared tuna, salmon tartare and Italian ham and cheese. Then main courses of ravioli with pumpkin, bacon and saffron; lamb in a hazelnut crust;... More

If in Rome, do not miss this amazing restaurant. Full of ambience, excellent food, lovely friendly staff (and unfortunately this is what lets Rome down) and they helped to make my birthday with my family of nine a very memorable evening! Grazie Mille, a la prossima!

Looking for a place to eat for lunch, we checked out the menus of some of the surrounding restaurants but nothing really took our fancy. We came across Cybo. For a start, it gave the menu in English as well as Italian, bonus. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, and not pushy. We had a spaghetti, tomato and basil... More
