We had just arrived in Rome and our hotel is next to the Trevi fountain. Asked our receptionist can she recommend a pizza restaurant and this restaurant is nearby. Best pizza! Intimate restaurant, very good selection of all types of dishes. Had the pizza marguerita and a half carafe of wine for lunch. Fantastic food service and reasonably priced. Had... More

We had antipasti and red wine and they were very good. Good pasta and steak. Good prices. Stuff was friendly and helpful. No wifi though for giving a live review:)

It was my first meal in Rome and it did not disappoint. I had a cacao e pepe and a steak that was cooked perfectly for dinner. The place is inviting, the staff friendly and warm. Even tho it is in tourist area, the food definitely is not touristy. I would definitely go back again.

The best artichoke I ever ate. Small place near Fontana di Trevi, very good and friendly service. Have very well done pizza and pasta as main cores.

Although there was no potatoes for a side the food was amazing, possibly one of the best pizzas I've ever had! Would recommend to anyone visiting Rome will be back again.

Decided to try Piccolo Buco based on the reviews and its location close to Trevi fountain. When we arrived our table was unavailable and we had to wait 10-15 minutes. After a bite of the pizza and some house wine...all was forgotten! The pizza was fantastic (highly recommend the sausage and mushroom). Although they seemed to eventually accommodate most who... This place is amazing. The food is delicious, the house white is the best wine I can remember having, the staff is friendly and the prices are super fair. Very cozy family restaurant. Came back for dinner three times in a two week stay in Rome. Absolutely loved it, not to mention nearby Fontana di Trevi looks sooo much better... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
