35 euros fixed price for few small slides of salmon, calamari, mussels, spaghetti vongole, small calamari and a big plate of grilled fish and prawns of different sizes. I could not eat the last slide of meal how full i was.. of course it is not quiet atmosphere and you need to know italian more or less to make things... More

It is the perfect place where you advice somebody to eat if they want to feel the taste of authentic Italian fish - properly cooked. Don't expect too much from this location - it's true that the place is quite old and their guests can be loud, but this is because they feel great and enjoy their meal!

Food is ok, but the waitress which served us was very unpleasant and mood of our company after dinner in that restaurant was corrupted.

We had high hopes for this restaurant. All fish, 35 euros per person fixed price including wine and coffee. Cheap for Rome. Fine. OK, it was Friday evening. We were 5 of us, reserved a few days in advance. Forget if if you don't reserve. Packed to the rafters. The verdict: Truly tired decor, not really important for us, but... More

We definitely were lost in this restaurant where no one speak English, the French and English menu were in red and tiny letters. We took a chance ordering for one person under Appetizer, we just pointed the very first line, continued pointing for main dish. We got several small sea food dishes of variety of fish, squid, oysters, clams, scallops,... More

We didn't plan to go there, but the restaurant was very close to our BB and it was late when we arrived, so we pushed the door. We had a very warm welcome, they proposed us a mixed antipasti of fish. Everything was simple, like the place, but really tasteful. Not a "fine dining" and this is probably also not... More

Once again I had lunch in this family managed restaurant in Monteverde quarter. In fact "Papetto" is the way the children, who now manage the restaurant, were used to call their beloved father. I love eating fish and I can have first class fish food here at very reasonable rates (a full meal less than 40 €). In the mushroom... More

The first time we went there was only because we had friends who lived in Rome... Tourists will never hear of this place .... It is frequented mostly by locals so you know the fish here will be amazing .... Now imagine eating as much as you like from endless fish antipasti, three plates of pastas, shellfish "a volonta" ,...
