Such an incredible restaurant! They have a special project por disabilities people and for AIDS in Africa, which is already amazing by itself... and the food is really good and the prices very reasonable, just like all the rest of Italy! I would totally come back here.

Great experience, our waiter was very nice and had some great recommendations! The bruschetta was really good! The concept of this restaurant is fantastic and worth supporting!

We ordered one anti-pasti and two pastas here. The anti-pasti was with onions and cheese and it was good. But the pasta was horrible. The spaghetti was not boiled properly. We could not eat even half of it.

Tucked away near Piazza Santa Maria, this quaint spot easily pleases. Delicious food isa attentively served. Prices are reasonable and the wine list offers good choices. The high ratings are well deserved.

Just stumbled onto this restaurant where professional restauranters and staff assist disable folk learn catering skills. It's is not for profit with money going to support the development of disabled. I had a good average meal and went away happy with my food and knowing I had supported something good. Probably not going to be your best ever meal but... More

A friend drove me to this resaturant in Trastevere. It is managed from the Sant'egidio comunity (an ONLUS operating all over the world). They give job to people who need more help (asylum seekers, disabled). More than this, the restaurant is llittle gem in a little Trastevere pedestrian square, also with some tables outdoor on the square. We eats some... More

Love the environment, nice and quiet. But the service was so-so, most of the time, the waiters/waitresses were chatting and not attentive at all. Food was okay.

We chose this restaurant based on its mission and convenience (after a long day of travel, we just wanted to sit down and eat!). The food was not overly impressive, but was good. Our service was good and my husband and I were happy to eat here knowing that this place is doing a lot of good work with special... More

Staying in Trastevere

Neighbourhood Profile
Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded postcard, a little worn around the edges but still charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of entertainment - a rotating set of street performers entertains almost every night, and unforgettable eateries and bars pepper its piazzas and side streets. For a trip to the past, visit the southern and western flanks of Trastevere for pockets of yesteryear, less traversed areas with a residual 1960s and 70s Roman vibe.
