Recommended by our Hotel who booked us a table as it gets very busy. Understated environment, there were 4 of us and we had a table at the rear in a corner - a bit private but still felt the atmosphere. Service excellent, food lovely....More

Great little restaurant off the Ria Cavour. Really good food in a cozy space with muted design and colour.

We were lucky to get a table for 4 with no reservations. Service was fine, a bit slow and food was good. Not many menu items compared to other local restaurants but most places were booked solid. Plan ahead and make reservations if possible. The...More

If you are in Rome near the Forum eat at Sciue Sciue. You will need to book! The restaurant is modern and feels right and the staff are all about relaxed excellence! They were great! Try the house aperitif! The prawn stuffed zucchini flowers were...More

Stopped in when the restaurant I was going to was closed. The waitress spoke perfect English and was attentive without being intrusive. The sea bass with fried leeks was perfectly prepared. The bread was excellent too. Finished dinner with tiramisu, it was standard. Beautiful restaurant...More

We ate here last week and can't fault the lovely waiting staff and the service. The food was okay but, it felt like we could have been in a branch of 'Ask'. It didn't feel like a genuine Roman experience. The deep fried baby octopus...More

Small buzzy restaurant, pleasant efficient staff and very good food. Interesting menu, changed daily, with proper home cooked food. We visited twice end enjoyed both times very much. Good wine by glass and bottle too. Not expensive either.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel. You cannot look for the menu online as they have no website. We were greeted by "no reservation? You can have a table but only for an hour". We chose quickly, but were ignored by the waiting staff...More

Modern sophisticated Italian food, the opposite of tourist fare. The kitchen turns out some extraordinary dishes, the pasta in particular was the best I've ever had. Good wine at good prices. And a relaxed, quiet space. If you like serious food, Scuie Scuie is for...More

Enjoyed a tasty and well priced meal at this pleasant little restaurant in the heart of Monti. We ate tiny fried octopus and stuffed courgette flowers, followed by clam and tomato pasta and bass en papillote with artichokes, capers and olives. Plus sides of roast...More

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just
west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as
it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet
for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season,
quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its
cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique
and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime
residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at
