This is a hidden pearl! I loved all the food this restaurant served. Its authentic and delicious-Maybe its not a fancy decorated restaurant and kind of hidden behind a Soccer field-but it dosent get more Italian than this. Alwys full with Italians-showing soccer on tv and WONDERFUL food. Mille Grazie por tutti/Nathalie

This is a kind of place you need to know a local in the city to take you in, otherwise I'd never discovered it! We were spending our honeymoon in Rome, and we stayed in the house of our friend which is born and raised in Rome and one night he took us to this simple and nice restaurant. We... More

We were trying to decide on dinner when we came across this restaurant. We were hot and tired from a day of sightseeing and really wanted a good meal and a comfortable place to eat. We asked about the air conditioning inside and the waiter immediately asked for the air to be turned on. Later when we were still a... More

I spent two weeks in Rome and surely I tried many Pizza restaurants. I can say without hesitation they have the best Pizza in Rome. Well at least among those I tried. I think what makes it a special pizza restaurant is that they prepare the Pizza Napolitana which is far more delicious than the Roman one! Even the pastas... More

The pizzas, pastas and meats are one of the beag in Rome. If you go there you should try the margharitta pizza. The tiramisu is also out of this world

On our fourth visit to Rome we wanted to try a variety of restaurants however it wasnt very successful. We ended up back here as we always get a lovely meal with very good service. The added bonus is that it was near our hotel. There is a large menu but whatever you order it's always good. Would thoroughly recommend... More

We were in Rome from Sept. 4th to the 14th and ate at Pizzicotto 's 8 of the 10 nights. Head waiter Giuseppe Rossi quickly became our friend and started having the chef prepare us appetizers and main courses that were not on the menu. We have never had such authentic Italian meals prepared for us. I should say that... More

Thumbs up for the food (good appetizers/antipasti ) and for the location (close to Piazza Cavour). Not so many applause for the service. Which wasn't particularly polite. The price is that of a place with more refined food. Of course it is a tourist rich area so that might have something to do with it
