Amazing business dinner in a fantastic environment with classical music and surrounded by Roman atmosphere. Food was really good but the place is out of this world

Just managed to squeeze in here one Saturday recently. It specialises in dishes from Le Marche region, and the night we visited was one of their seafood nights - so we ate squid risotto and various fritti. Has an authentic feel about it, with nearly all of the other diners being Italian. Good value.

This place is a little gem. We went on seafood Thursday and the fish was amazing. Mussels were very tasty. And the absolute highlight of the night was the Panna cotta! I don't usually like this dessert but this was the best Panna cotta I've ever had!

One of the best seafood I have ever had. The food was amazing and really tasty, I would definitely recommend the steamed mussels, the grilled sea bream and the sardines with lemon. The service was really attentive and fast and whatever Mello ( the waiter) recommended was amazing. The only drawback though was his level of English but still was... More

A reservation is needed before going to this restaurant. It is a small place with 10 tables tops. We went once and we never looked back. It was our dinner place for 3 straight days. I am from Greece and I know from good seafood. All the plates we have ordered was fresh and well cooked. I was really amazed... More

Wandered down here on spec for dinner around 5 minutes after opening time and got last table. The restaurant is very small and some may see it as crowded, for us it was intimate and warm. The beauty and problem of TA right there, tastes and perception are personal. The decor is pretty plain, half pine clad walls, light wallpaper and rather... More

This small restaurant is out of the tourist"s paths. It is near to Piazza de la Reppublica.Take the bus 492 from downtown. We came because it was a suggestion of our Italian friends. The server name Nello will explain about the menu.Take his opinion. We ordered the homemade excellent ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese, basilic and butter. Then choose the ossobuko veal.It was so... More

A great quirky restaurant opposite the Horti. They serve only fish on a Thursday Friday and Saturday. The fried fish was simple but excellent. The homemade blackberry tart was lovely. The menu is seasonal.

This little place is off the beaten track and well worth the couple turns it takes to get there. Small place - we arrived without reservations with a larger group. Luckily we were early. They twisted some tables around to make seating for us. With our group we had the Pasta Carbonara (voted the best in Rome by our group),... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
