Somewhat hidden in the quiet part of the Testaccio neighborhood, and called Marucci (presumably the owners' surname) by locals, this gem of a restaurant serves genuine Roman food at reasonable prices. The house red wine is delicious and paired well with our generous portions of...More

Simply stunning - a hidden jewel. A lovely family run restaurant where nothing was too much trouble. Delicious and unexpected wines.

an ancient Roman port and former working class

(nightclubs), street parties, and crowded restaurants
give it its well-deserved party reputation. During the
daytime, Testaccio is more easy listening than club
