We were in that “do we want to eat or don’t we and if we do or don’t what shall we do” sort of state. It was the Ghetto area of Rome and one place seemed ok as the menu looked the sort of menu that you like to see when you don’t quite know if you want to eat...... More

Unfortunately we didn't have wifi to read reviews before. But need to agree that this restaurant is not worth a penny. First of all the meals are really small , secondly- My husband and I got a salad and a burger- the vegetables were not fresh, mushy, lettuce was bitter and the rest of the vegetables were out of a... Deli-type place with tables outside and stools inside. The curried chicken, chicken in lemon sauce, no-cheese lasagna, and couscous were divine.

The taste of the drinks was amazing, I had tried ab americano and also a lot of snack, I felt the tastes as an interesting combination between Mediterranean and oriental food. Not too much luxury for a sitting place but I had enjoy the experience. Friendly and polite staff, overall they are good in what they do.

Agree with others that location and vibe very good. Service was also quick an attentive. However I found the food to be poor, surprisingly so! My wife enjoyed her meal though so perhaps I was unlucky. On balance though, given the location, I'd eat elsewhere. There's loads of choice!

After our tour of the Jewish Quarter we decided to eat in the area. The Kosher Bistrot was a nice, outdoor seating area. The food and price was fine. We just had a light lunch. But enjoyable.
