Restaurant-bistro with a roman traditional and Italian cuisine with some international touches. The cocktail bar awarded among the 50best in 2019 and the bar à huitres et coquillages also give part in this polyhedric and dynamic place. Open from breakfast till night, it's the right place for having a lunch or a dinner in a warm and comfortable atmosphere or for having aperitivo and drinks at its wonderful bar-counter in French style.

Classy looking restaurant with fantastic outside seating. No hard sell here; friendly professional waiting staff, excellent quality food, great wines (your server will recommend) and terrific value for money.

First time in Rome. Came to Trevi Fountain with my partner and we needed a great pace to go. We were attracted to the outdoor seating of Baccano, but what was really impressive was the indoor bar service. The hostess checked for our green passes...and sat us at the bar where we met Giovanni. He immediately approached us and explained the types of drinks available (common and Italian). We settled on Martini’s, but overall loved the service by Giovanni and will definitely be back!More

The facade doesn’t represent the food offerings inside unfortunately. Seafood spaghetti was tasteless. Avocado and tuna for starters offered tuna from a tin

This area of Rome is a nightmare for travellers trying to find good food amongst the tourist traps. Baccano stands out as being a lovely place with great food and service. The interior decor is a 20s style with ceiling fans and quirky features. The...menu is excellent covering a wide range of local and Mediterranean dishes and delicacies. Service is excellent and professional. I will keep this place in mind for future trips into Rome.More

Awful experience! We waited 25 minutes for a table inside. After another 35 minutes we were still looking at the menu and nobody was coming to take our order so we spoke with them and after 10 min somebody came. She didn’t excuse or anything....Even if we waited almost one hour. I ordered a pasta with red PRAWNS (that means more than one) and butter. But they came after another 30 min with pasta with just ONE “tartar” shrimp even if in the menu it wasn’t the word “tartar”. After explaining again and again why I would not eat it, they took the plate and brought the same pasta. But with one small shrimp instead of the “tartar” prawns. My husband asked for a royal burger and it was nothing spectacular. They also charged 4 euro for the bread that they brought on the table as it is from their part. In total we paid 68 euro for the worst experience in Rome. And it was our last day of honeymoon. If you still want to eat here, at least ask a lot of questions about the food that you want. Even if it says one way in the menu it can be different in reality.More

Oh my goodness! What a great experience! The food is tremendous, the staff is the best Rome has to offer, and the location is perfect! The sommelier paired every meal perfectly. As anyone who visits Italy can attest— the food, the culture and the Italians...all do it right, but you will find that Baccano takes it a level higher.More
