Our waiter did not speak a lot of English..and the English menu did not exactly reflect what was served. The service was quick the atmosphere romantic and the food..well even... More

It is a tiny restaurant which probably accommodates up to 20 people. We booked a 7:30 reservation and were the first two people to arrive for dinner. Our waiter provided very good service by recommending a nice bottle of red wine and gave us time to enjoy it before ordering our meal. We each decided.to go for the full 4... More

We booked for a Sunday evening at 8pm. We received email and SMS confirmations and reminders. When we arrived at the restaurant it was closed. So disappointed. The following evening we walked past this restaurant after 10pm. It was packed with a lot of people waiting for tables. Must e doing something right I suppose.

My kids and I were truly impressed with this small restaurant in central Rome. We ordered the grilled octopus to share as a starter and once the kids had tasted it, even the suckers didn't put them off and we were all fighting over it. For mains, the kids had spaghetti carbonara (simple and tasty) and I had the seared... More

One of the best meals I've had in a while: raw tuna and giant squid. The freshest, highest quality ingredients I've come across in Rome, served with competence and a smile. Definitely recommended!

I was born in Calabria, and as you know all of our food is full of good things; in this typical restaurant I found a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, the staff, as well as the owners are most helpful and also very kind, but the most important thing is the authenticity of organic products, which arrive daily from Calabria; I... Very small restaurant in an alley. I had tuna tartare for appetizer, the portion was big and taste was great. I ordered tagliatelle pasta with cream and black truffles dish for main course, It was fantastic. Wife ordered some pasta dish with tomato and basil, she said it was bland and she didn't like it (I forgot the dish name... More

The staff at our hotel recommended this restaurant when we asked about a place within walking distance. We liked the food so much that we returned the next night for a second dinner. It's a small dining room, casual but pretty. Most of the food is brought in from Calabria, we were told. We particularly enjoyed the paccheri, the bean... More

We found the place using "The fork" app. And honestly we checked it because it had an offer. But after being there I would go even without a discount. Very recommendable. The attention is superb, the food is the real southern Italian cuisine, no pizza but you don't miss it. Try the "chjina" vey recommendable or the "Carpaccio" it is... More
