Amazing roast and excellent service. We definately will be back xx I loved the shared platters for vegetables and the best gravy. We followed roast with puddings I would have liked a few more marshmallows and meringue bits but that's just me being greedy xx

A disappointing end to a lovely holiday in italy with dinner at Il Bacaro. The food was average at best, tasteless at worst. My wife had the cod fish cannelloni which has fine in the middle but the past was dry and uncooked at the...More

Thanks for the review. We are sorry for the Risotto, our fish is always fresh and it's strange that it didn't taste. For meat we always choose the first quality, surely it must have been an unlucky case. We hope you go back to find...More

Great restaurant with a nice and cosy atmosphere. Had a great starter (tuna tartar) a spectacular Filet with fresh Tartufo and chocolate with caramel and expresso as dolci. Thank you for your nice and friendly service. We will come back, again!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. We stumbled upon it for lunch and the waiter, service, and food were fantastic. We decided to return for our last night in Rome dinner and it did not disappoint. I look forward to returning one day.

We dined here two years ago, and loved it, so obviously we decided to go back again considering we are in Rome now! Everything went wrong this time around, not only the fish that was highly recommended by the owner smelled fishy, but it was...More

We stopped in for an early dinner and sat outside where it was cooler than inside. Good price on a bottle of wine and friendly attentive service. We all enjoyed our meals of various pasta and veal dishes. Worth a try.

The pasta dishes here are the best I have had in Rome. Imaginative ingredients beautifully matched with excellent pasta. My gnocchi was literally melt in your mouth, the dish was ricotta gnocchi with home made rich tomato sauce matched with grilled pieces of mullet and...More

Stopped here on bike ride around Rome. Great vegetarian options and nice fish. Sit outside and relax. Limited menu but all good food accompanied by some nice wine selections.

The food was divine, no question. The place is very crowded, and it is better to make a reservation ahead of time. Very pricey, but my family and I were not disappointed, as the food was SUPERB.
