If you’re after a mix of fine dining at very fair prices then this is the place for you. For starter, I went for the chicken liver pate which was stunning. Easily one of the best I’ve ever tried. Followed by a take on Spaghetti...More

Disappointing experience. The owner took great pride in explaining the history of the building. However this was not matched by the food or service. Too many people arrived all at once (all British). Starters OK. Main course tiny. Two of us had venison casserole, one...More

The food and the service were terrible. We waited an hour for our food and it was terrible. The worst part was they never came back to ask how our food was despite my steak was not even cooked. Never visit this restaurant unless you...More

My wife and I visited Rome during the off season (mid-January). Many of the oldest restaurants in Rome and Trastevere were closed pushing us down our list. I turned back to Trip Advisor, yelp, google, etc for more suggestions. Finally, I stumbled up on Spirito...More

Our first day in Rome we did the Eating Italy tour which included Spirito Divino and we instantly loved it so we were lucky to get reservations our final night. This is a wonderful, true taste of Rome restaurant and our experience here was off...More

The food and service were superb! Guests are invited to take the spiral stairs down to the oldest wine cellar in Rome, while their meal is slow cooked to perfection! Reservations are a must.

If you want an engaging, fun and sincere interpretation of fine Rome home cuisine, look no further than Spirito Divino. Great host and really capable support team that's extremely attentive but not intrusive. Food was balanced with creme brulee as the highlight. Ambience was private...More

We found this place "by accident": we walked by it at first trying to get to another place we had read about but ended up coming back to it and so glad that we did! The food was absolutely amazing and the service even better!...More

A very nice restaurant to enjoy the great traditional Roman food, wine, to feel the historic atmosphere and the enormous enthusiasm of the host/owner.

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable
