Took friends visiting from Australia who enjoyed it so much we ate there again next night. Ditirambo is a long time favourite of ours which we always visit when in Rome. When a restaurant elevates really simple dishes to something memorable you take notice. The pasta Amatriciana was everyone's favourite, perfect in every way, however I go there just to... More

The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We went twice and both times the waiters were very helpful in selecting a wine and were very well trained on the many offerings. The food was outstanding! Would highly recommend.

3 for service and 5 for food which makes for a 4. The food was great and well presented. Service initially was positive and helpful. Once you had dined you were persona non grata, next please.

Excellent find recommended to us by a Roman. The waiter was also the sommelier, friendly, attentive, very professional. A very well-run restaurant, perhaps 2/3 tourists on my mid-week dinner, but each dish put together with care and priced reasonably. Great location near Campo de Fiori

The pasta was very nice, the rabbit tagliatelle was great as was the spinach ravioli. The main courses were mixed, my sucking pig was great and the serving size large, my wife had the beef cheek and it was tough and fatty.

This restaurant was very highly recommended in our guidebook and via Google as one of the best trattorias in Rome. We booked on the day (Sunday morning) via email in English and they confirmed within a few hours which was good. It was relatively early (7.30pm) in Roman terms but was full with mostly tourists. The menu was extensive with... More

We went to Ditirambo for lunch on a Sunday. Made a reservation, but by the time we arrived at 1:30, there were lots of empty tables. Between the two of us we had one appetizer, two pasta dishes, one main dish, one dessert, and a bottle of excellent Campagnie wine for a total of 113 Euros - we felt it... More

kind of torn between three and four stars. came here for dinner, with a reservation. it's small but cozy and comfortable. we ordered caprese salad and the tomatoes tasted kind of mealy. they were past their prime for sure. we also had an appetizer of three items, smoked duck breast, steak tartare and stuffed zucchini flowers. all were just okay.... Good food. Nice service. A bit crowded and cramped but worth a visit. Great tangerine sorbet and desert wine.
