We arrived late after a flight. We were warmly welcomed and served great seabass at the advice of the head chef who was also the waiter and host that evening because all of his collegues were ill. Thanks for a lovely first night in Rome

We ordered pasta carbonara and it was one of the greatest we’ve tasted. We strongly recommend this location!

This beautifully located Trastevere restaurant offers particularly good seafood and pasta offerings, with a good wine list. The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming. But here's the important part -- Corsetti has one of Rome's best chefs, cooking up traditional Roman style (and Grandma's cooking)....More

Amazing hospitality and food. I was a table of one on a busy Saturday but was still well taken care of and made to feel like family. Beautiful place and even better food. I would highly recommend. I started with the Carbonara and almost died....More

I went to the Corsetti 1921 twice while in Rome 2017, once solo and once after my girlfriend joined me. Both times i have been welcomed warm-heartedly. The carciofi alla guidia (fried artichokes) and the pasta alla griccia were excellent. I‘d skip the pasta with...More

The owner was warm, gracious and entertaining! But the star was the food! The fried artichoke was delicate and delicious - don't miss this delicious side dish. The spaghettone carbonara was spiced to perfection, and the veal scallopini was also fabulous. We will come back...More

The staff were friendly and coped well with our limited Italian language skills. The restaurant is clean and classy with white table cloths and cloth napkins. The menu was extensive and well presented. The food arrived hot and it was exactly what we ordered. It...More

I just finished the Cime di Rapa with Bacon and homemade pasta. Absolutely delicious. I think the chef makes everything in house and even came to the table to explain how he cooked it. Service tops!

Ok meat, littlebit boring taste. U got my meal about 7minutes after my wife. My wife pasta was ok but not special.

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable

Rome is a city that offers a piece of history on every corner and Corsetti 1921 is a place that could tell much of the past, especially the Roman culinary tradition: it is a restaurant where the kitchen is a guarantee of quality and tradition. The friendliness and professionalism of the managers Mirta and Gaia Corsetti together with an accurate and elegant reinterpretation of space have made it a real landmark for all visitors to the Eternal City.
