Unassuming, tucked away in a quiet corner of Trastevere, but brimming with atmosphere, friendly characterful staff and fantastic food. Lunch was good value too. Highly recommended - in fact we tried to go back for dinner but the wait time was over an hour because...More

We had a reservation for 7 persons at 20.00. Everything was prepared and the staff very friendly. The place is small but very "italian". We eat typical Roman food and we based on staff recommendation. Everything was tasty and well done even the quantity was...More

Food is just OK, the usual roman dishes, however, service was horrible and rude! Everything was sloooow, we had been sitting for 15 minutes before our order was taken. Then food took about half an hour to arrive. We ordered some more wine when the...More

I was recommended here by an friend who lived in Rome. All of the dishes I had were tasty but portions were a little too big for us. The burrata millefoglio was delightful as were several of the pastas we had. I enjoyed the seasonal...More

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable

Trattoria da Teo recently moved (just 30 mt from the old location"Enzo")to the very near and typical "Piazza dei Ponziani" with a nice outdoor terrace. Traditional trattoria where you can eat a genuine and typical Roman cuisine. Stockfish filets; Giudia artichokes; carbonara; amatriciana; gricia; ossobuco; tripe; pajata; Vaccinara tail, fresh fish and very special Tiramisù, Mascarpone Mousse with soft fruits and strawberries, a good local and national wines list.
