Nicely situated cafe and so my husband and I decided to stop here after lunch and ordered two beers. We were most surprised to receive mini sandwiches, olives and crisps with our order. No mention was made of the extras when we asked for the beer and not only did we not want or eat it, to then to have... More

Nice location but very average service and very expensive for what you get. A place to avoid unless you don't mind paying over the odds for nothing special. This definitely falls into the category of "let's milk the tourists".

Delisious sweets . But tourist pit. Look at the prices and remember them from the menu. If the waiter tells they will bring side snacks free. They are not.6 euro per person extra. Nice place to sit and drink but becarefull.

I saw that someone wrote that it was decedent. That probably sums it up. Everything was nice but expensive, which is what you want if you go to a top end cafe like this! :-) The service was good. So pop in if you are in the area and you can make you own mind up. We decided to go... More

We first went for drinks one evening and thought it would be worth a visit for lunch on a sunny day. Great cocktails. The lunch menu is not huge but adequate. The tortellini was so tasty. We were served both times by the same waiter who was charming. A super place in the sun. Go for cocktails, at least.

I have been in this cafe' whenever I have been in Bologna. It is a grand cafe' that kept its charme, despite the last restoration works removed that touch of authentic cafe': it was founded in 1930 by Enrico Zanarini. Always crowded and full of life in all times of the year. The pastry shop has a broad choice of... More
