My mother and I had dinner here on the recommendation of an Italian friend. I believe we were the only non-Italians in the restaurant that night, which promised to be a good sign. The food was excellent. The three ravioli, one with pumpkin purée, was amazing as was the roasted veal with polenta. A very good value for the money.

While still in U.S., had to change our reservations a few times, with only pleasant responses. We were welcomed with enthusiasm and pleasantness. Our choices of chard, pumpkin & black truffle ravioli tastings, and roast vitello with porcini mushrooms were delicious and enhanced by an agreeable staff. Our only regret was that we didn't learn until the end of the... More

Our expectations were extremely high for this restaurant as most of the reviews were good. So you can imagine our disappointment when the first dish came - dumplings in a broth- it tasted dull and bland. We were stunned! We ordered many dishes as we wanted to enjoy a good meal. The crispy duck was extremely tough and gamey, with... More

I have a rule from now on. If I'm within the continent of Europe, I'm going to Cocchi The food is beyond outstanding You must order an aperitif with the freshly carved Parmigiana cheese The gnocchi fritti are light, not greasy at all and to die for. Pairs beautifully with the Prosciutto di Parma Every pasta we had was sensational...from... More

- Pleasant staff - Good food!! The ravioli tasting of chard, pumpkin and black truffle raviolis was a great start. The roast veal with porcini was a wonderful autumn entree. - Overall a restaurant worthy of your time while in Parma

Book the table in advance. We stayed in the hotel and booked one of the last tables in the cellar for Sunday lunch. Great ambiance, service and above all food. Prociutto for starter, pasta with local mushrooms (daily special) and tuna for main dish - all were incredible. My mom's food was great as well. I would definitely come back... More

Classic high end parmigiana food. One never errors eating here when visiting Parma. It's not in the city center but it's easy to get there. Location next to the University Hospital complex. Frequented by professors and doctors.

After having been slightly disappointed by other restaurants in the region, this was a nice surprise. Parma ham and parmigiano were very good followed by excellent gnocchi and tortelli. I think this place was good value for what you get which is very good, simple Italian food. Would recommend.

We made reservations before we left because of recommendations from fellow foodies. Boy, were we not disappointedly! The dining room feels like someone's home and the owner, Daniel makes you feel so welcome. We ordered typical regional specialities including misto salami & puffs of fried dough..Superb! Followed by tortellini and stuffed veal. My mouth waters as I say the words.... More

All the best to eat in Parma can be found here. Proscuitto 27 months old, to die for, sliced so thin you can read the newspaper thru it. Try having your butcher slice it this thin in the U.S. Impossible.
