A small selection of dishes but healthy and good quality ingredients. Honestly a bit too expensive for what you get but location is strategic and you can't eat anything similar in the area.

Great fast-food place for someone who want to discover Triste more than to spend hours expecting the food. Healthy and fresh food. Great for kids and families.

Was hoping to find good healthy vegetarian food after reading these reviews. It was decent. It looked healthy. My salad had a layer of oil on the bottom after I asked for it without dressing and with no oil. We ate 4 different things and everyone was really thirsty after it - meaning it was loaded with salt. If you... More

We spent an afternoon in Trieste and was hungry for food. We found this self service restaurant where you order at the cashier and wait for your food. The salmon rice and vegetables dish was really tasty. Highly recommended.

Little cosy place ( there are open air tables) but fast service. Healthy food , a little pricey...but it's not acceptable in 2016 don't have credit card payments option.

An ideal place for people seeking a healthy meal with whole, natural ingredients. Rice to the hamburger, the Genuine focuses on healthy foods, escaping the traditional Italian pasta, besides being situated near the main square of Trieste. Simple, good and fast service, with the waitress speaking English even. Super comfortable environment inside the store and outside pretty nice too, although... More

A place where to have a quick delicious lunch. The food is really fist choice and cooked with little oil and condiments so to better taste the aromas. I had steamed salmon with vegetagles and roasted potatos and great local beer. There is no table service.

Love the place. It is a bit hidden but worth finding it. Tasty, healthy food...could eat launch at this place everyday! Love the black rice dish and their salads.

Hard to find, but easy to love. My app (Happy Cow), which helps to find veg*n restaurants, had the address wrong, but I eventually found it. Not totally vegetarian or vegan, but delicious nonetheless.

Nice spot in the Trieste "old ghetto", very central. It's a sort of fast-food joint, but all the dishes we tried were good, varied, and the quantity of food was adequate. Soups in particular are great. Though not vegetarian, "Genuino" offers several meal choices to both vegetarians and vegans. I recommend the "miglio (millet) condito" and all their vegetable soups:...
