Ate lunch on a beautiful Saturday afternoon in this cozy pizzeria/ristorante. Sat inside to avoid the smokers outside. We started with a seafood sampler plate - smoked salmon, fried sardines, anchovies. For our pasta course, we chose the trofie with pesto. So glad we did. Trofie is a regional pasta, small twisted shape, meant to marry with pesto. And the... More

We had a very relaxing lunch in the square after a very tiring walk. The spaghetti with lemon and clams were excellent. Although the square was not big, it seemed to separate into 3 restaurants and we were lucky to find a table. Only inconvenience was that you have to climb 2 level of steps to use the toilet and... We came here, and were lucky enough to get a table, after hiking for a couple of hours. The pizza was delicious, the seafood soup wonderful and the pesto delicious. Yes we were hungry after the hike, but the meal was really great and the service good despite being packed with many waiting for tables.

The chef served us a Ligurian menu with a seafood starter followed by a pasta with mussels and a gelato for dessert. Our wine was from the area.

Sat down to a lovely meal of stuffed mussels and mixed grilled seafood in this restaurant in the main square next to the harbour of Vernazza. There is a fair choice of restaurants situated in the square, most? of which serve  seafood dishes. A range of local and regional Italian wines at a reasonable price were available.Service was good. Food... More

The pesto with green beans didn't look good but turned out to be quite tasty. The pasta was chewy and fresh and the sauce was good too. We also got the seafood lasagna but that was quite bad. The frozen microwave lasagna we had back home was better.

Overall had a great experience, most because the 2 couples I say between were both very friendly. I ordered the Pesto pasta which was very fresh and delicious. It didn't take long for my food to come out but had heard most people waited 30 minutes for food. I ordered red house wine and received white. Which I was really... More

Good food at a very good value. Had the Trenette Pesto e Patate. Amazing! Ambience and great setting with seating inside and out. Good wine list, too! And Giuliano is our absolute favorite person in Vernazza!

Unfortunately, this was the only place open when we decided to have a late lunch. I had the worst pizza, but my husband thought his spaghetti w/clams was good, thus the average rating. Tables are situated VERY close together; not a good dining experience, just a place to get something into your stomach.
