Started dinner with carpacchio which was tasty. Oysters were the pinnacle of dinner amd we should just have ordered more! The food was fresh and tasty on a cold winters evening but the patrons and service was warm and friendly.

If you like Oysters, than this is the place. Regarding all the other seafood it's of good quality but stantard variety. Still it's a good experience. The locations is also ok. Recommended for oyster lovers.

If you love seafood and you are in Genoa, please do not pass up the opportunity to have the very best outside Brittany. My husband and I shared the Royale. It was a fabulous tower of shrimp, whelks, oysters, lobster, etc. The service was so attentive. Empty shells just seemed to vanish into thin air while we were chatting or... More

one of the best food experiences of our 3 week Italy trip...this hidden gem is worth worth the hard-earned buck. simply put, it was a blissful dining experience not only because of the beautiful variety of fresh sea food, but also the simplicity of service. one must note that the sea food comes from France (merci!) but is really as... The Oysters were great, but you should only go there with a lot of time. To serve 10 oysters takes more than 40 minutes. The place was not full. I think they forget the customer.

Second visit here, first one was in March 2016. Very happy with the food, and the owner is a great host. If anyone is in Genoa, around the marina area, go ahead and stop by the place for seafood.

We appreciate a lot the ambiance in front of the sea, behind a submarine , where you can taste a really particular kind of dinner or something else as you want. The owner is friendly and happy to show you what the restaurant can offer you. It's very interesting to discover what he have bought for you from several abroad... More

You come to this place if you want to eat a "fruits de mer". We ordered a plate with shrimps, half a crab, 4 different kinds of oysters, half a lobster, clams, wulks and two other kinds of shell fish. Everything was very good coocked. We also had a very good 100% Vermentino local wine for only 22 euro. If... More

Definitely a restaurant that should be visited while in Genoa. It is quite a small restaurant so book a table, the staff are very attentive. They have specialised in sea food and are vey good indeed at preparing it. Friendly staff and a great seaside location adds to the feel of the place!

We were a party of 5 arrived without a reservation on a cold rainy Friday evening. A very rude waitress greeted us and turned us away by saying they don't have a table for us. We than explained that we're from far away and wouldn't mind to sit outside even it's cold, after 10 minutes, their manager decided to give... More

Indarsena Oyster Bar is the only authentic "French style oyster bar" in Genoa, and one of the best in Italy. Gagge create a corner of Cote d'Azur on the dock of the Old Port. Importing directly from France every week 7-8 different kinds of oysters and various of shells, the restaurant offers real speciality for fans (also the famous Alaska King Crab !). But even those who don't appreciate coquillage, can taste steamed shellfish served cold with dips, or fish carpaccio, or soupe de poisson, or French cheeses and desserts provided by the best bakeries in Genoa.
