We have eaten here during 2020 lockdown period. We have had both the food delivered by the Manager and a second time we picked the food up. The steak is excellent Fiorentina style served with a very good Tuscan wine.

I tried this small restaurant once in January and I go back in February. They very good serve Tuscan food. I recommend to start with “tonno alla chiantigiana”, pay attention, it is not tuna but meat. Kind staff and good prices.

Happy with the food and the service! Restaurant is downstairs and in the cellar, but has a lift that is quite good for elderly people.

Had a really lovely meal here. Very friendly waiter and very good food. Would definitely recommend. I had the cod main and my husband had the swordfish starter and steak main all cooked really well.

Very nice evening. Good wine. Focused service. Delicious starter (enormous quantity). Positively worth a visit.

Overrated. We had a dinner as four adults and one kid. We shared one mixed starter which was good enough. But the main courses and pasta dishes were ordinary and tasteless. I think that an underground windowless restaurant should have better dishes.

Good food, but the waiter was disappointing. I ordered a steak, which was priced by units of weight - hectograms, not a unit either of us were familiar with. We were about to google it but the waiter came, so we asked him instead. He...didn’t exactly explain, but said ‘most people eat 8 units’, so we trusted him. Bad idea when it’s priced by weight! Turns out that is 800g/32oz - enough steak for 4 people. There’s no way he honestly thought I wanted all that meat, so I have to conclude that he was trying to get more money out of us. What a shameful waste of food. Thing is, it ruined the meal for me, because I forced myself to eat too much, and it ruined the waiter’s tip - we left no tip because we felt he had deliberately misled and ripped us off. Such a shame. If he’d just recommended a normal amount of meat, we would have had a nice meal, and he would have got the money we wasted on unnecessary food as a tip instead.More

If you are a tourist and want delightful Italian atmosphere and food this is a good choice. Pleasant and kind service, easy environment and great food. House vini Rosso quite good. Had the tourist menu for lunch and skipped dinner that night!

Lovely Tuscan restaurant. Intimate dining with great service. Food was served very quickly and of superior quality. We were delighted with the 50% discount.
