Came here for lunch rather expensive for what we have. 2 plates one with mortdalla and bread the other prosciutto with bread. Meats were fresh and bread tastes good. It was our first meal near our bnb.

Often been there, there's a great choice of excellent 'panini' and salads and pastas as well. All fresh and well preapired. Only ....be prepaired to queue as it is always crowded ! A bit expensive but worth going

My wife and I shared some thinly sliced ham and bread here. Not far from the Repubblica Metro stop. Many sandwich choices here.

Great tasting. Really great. But tiny little portions for the money. Not sure if those portions are just for take-away, but literally 3 bites and the panino was gone.

Go with the Toast Della Casa. It is so yummy. Toasted perfectly and the sauce/spread is awesome. I ate the whole thing in about 5 bites. Delicious!!

a simple and limited panini list, based on four filling in which this establishment excels and a few more dishes of the tradition. All of them basically very good. The place is always full, which proves this is a good business choice. Panini are just great...

We walked by and saw many local people queuing to get a table. So we decided to join, and were given a seat quite fast. They have a big selection of Italian sandwiches, and also offer other dishes, both starters as main dishes. I had a very nice special sandwich with local meat and cheese. It's a very typical Italian... More

A very fresh and crispy bread. Fresh and tasty products at a very good price. It is a great place to make a quick stop.

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
