Generally italians prefer this place. If you want to eat real italian pizza, you should go to I Capatosta. It is a simple place. Service is quick. Home made red wine is really good. And finally desert "bomba capatosta" is a real bomb :)

This is a very simple restaurant frequented (when we were there at least) by locals. The starters were great. My partner had a fantastic aubergine and mozzarella starter and I had a Caprese salad that included a huge chunk of fresh tasty buffalo mozzarella. The...More

Went there for a lunch on a saturday. The waiters were very passive, wine glasses were dirty and pizza was rather greasy. Lunch for two costs 33 euros which is not much but we came out with a bad emotion.

The pizza was really delicious. The service was quick, despite the place being packed on a Saturday afternoon. The only complaint, was that it took longer to pay, than to get the pizza.

Although in appearance a somewhat basic pizzeria (with pictures of Totò all around), this place on the Alzaia Naviglio Grande (and close to the Porta Genova metro station) keeps the locals happy. The pizza is decent, and salads too; the consensus goes for beer rather...More

Came across this place on a sunny November lunch time. Nice location next to the canal. Huge selection of pizzas. Quick service and very tasty pizza.

We went here for dinner, they forgot to bring our starters before our main. The pizza was not great, the dough very soft and below average. Drinks way too expensive and no variety. The service completed our experience - a tourist place where nobody cares!...More

We were looking for the best Pizza and were recommended Cataposta by a local young sales professional. many restaurants open after 7:00 other than the ones with Happy Hour specials ( very popular) to our surprise it was empty, but at 7:30 it was full,...More

Capatosta makes some real Neapolitan pizzas, i.e. thin and soft crusted, with a thick "cornicione", the outer ring, which can also be stuffed with ricotta. I had a Margherita, and found it good but not exceptional, the paste being rather burned and the mozzarella definitely...More

One of the best wooden baked pizzas i've ever had! Great wine as well. The Parmigiana Melanzane is great. The salads are average. The staff is super nice, but they do not speak fluent english.

The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient

two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande.
The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk
with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes
