2nd time I have come to this little restaurant. Special and really good food, friendly people and this is also where the locals come to eat. Id highly recommend the dish of the day always, and order a nice white/red wine of the house. happy eating!

Risotto was good and the serving size was generous. The Cotoletta was fresh and tasted really well. Overall good service and fair prices. Nice desserts also.

"Gnocco fritto" or "torta fritta", a puffed bubble of deep-fried dough to go with cold cuts and cheeses from the same area, is the key of the menu here. It is quite good, if you can get it less oily, as are the accompanied foods. We also tried potato-stuffed ravioli with butter and parmesan, as light as they can be... More

Below average quality - quite pricey, but nice location and service. You can find better places for Piacenza/Lombardy restaurants in Milan

A local in our business took us for a good lunch on friday afternoon. This restaurant is small, personal, a place where real italians go and eat. Not a restaurant with Pizza's, but with real italian food. everything on the menu looked good, so I'm glad our group all took different dishes. A nice 500ml karaf of house red and... More

Really good choice of traditional, modern and specials. The service was excellent and nice touches like a welcome drink and sorbet to finish.

The restaurant was close to my hotel and Milano Centrale. I chose to visit based on the reviews on TA and glad that I did. I went prepared to order in Italian and the waiter patiently let me order although English was on the menu and the waiter spoke English. I ate a late dinner on an outside table and... More

Were there twice, for a lunch and for a dinner, and both were very good. The place is located relatively near the central station and has rather good prices. I have an impression that the restaurant has a thing with vegetarian dishes; both the pumpkin pasta and zuccini risotto that I tried there were delicious. The wine from the cups... More

We've been there with friends for lunch on our arrival in Milan and immediately felt great. The service was really friendly but attentive, making you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy the food. The menu is simple, not too fancy but full of regional flavors perfectly combined together. The "gnocco fritto" with shaven cheese is a must try as a... More

Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
