A bit pricy for the quality offered. Try the sparkling red wine on draft. Nice! Very good choice of desserts.

It's my spot when i have foreigners with me. The pizza is amazing, the salads are great, the fish is well cooked and also the meat. The atmosphere is very nice and romantic at the same time. I love this place!

Really nice ambience, service and menu selections. My fiancée got the ossobuco and risotto while I had the pasta with courgette flowers, tomatoes and fish. It all tasted so fresh! The fresh bread is impossible not to eat, so be careful how many dishes you order. We really enjoyed Convivium so I hope you do too!

we were a large group and we all appreciated this restaurant, the fireplace, the overall rustic elegant decoration, the discreet and efficient service. Food was good. My only remark was that the plates were taken away way too quickly which created a feeling of unease for the slow eaters. apart from that, very welcoming , friendly and polite staff. excellent wines.... Great location in Brera, perfect place to have a walk after or before the dinner at Convivium. Friendly staff and hosts, great italian food. Value for money. Romantic, but also perfect to bring friends.

We walked by this place two or three times doing other things and then when we wanted dinner one night, we sought this place out. It was a wonderful evening. They have a wall of wine which is always a great start. Our server spoke great english and had a great sense of humor. He guided us through the menu... More

We wanted a Milanese type restaurant and after doing some research we decided on this one, because of the look and some of the reviews. We had a great corner table in the middle of the action, the place was half full when we got there at 8pm but got full with in the next half hour, food was great... More

We went to this place, a few minutes walk from our flat, based on good reviews on this site and we weren't disappointed. Although service was a little brusque, it was efficient and the food was fantastic. It was packed late on a Sunday night but they found us a table. Highly recommend this place for fish dishes and I... More

This is a woderful restaurant with great food and very friendly, efficient staff. It is not inexpensive, but eating out in Milan is not cheap. In comparison with prices in similar restaurants, it is good value.

Staying in Brera

Neighbourhood Profile
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
