I really like this concept. Fast food of excellent quality. The chef and his team are kind available and professional. The only remark is that the price are a little bit expensive for the quantity.

The decor of the place is spectacular. The owner is really kind, positive and enthusiastic and so are his staff. It's possible to have your meal in the relaxing garden area. There is a lot of space and the venue is super cosy. However, the food was only good. Piadina and salmon bagel were only ok and pistachio/rice ice cream... More

There's plenty of white tablecloth restaurants with bland food in any major city such as Milan. This place is the opposite. Tucked into a permanent street market get-up in the canal district, this shop specializes in organic meat. And they don't waste too many parts of the cow, if you know what I mean. I had their specialty, the Lampredotto... More

We googled and found this great recommendation. We called and got confirmation of the reservation. Most patrons probably know the place. The entrance is inconspicuous and the name on the entrance very subtle. We found it and were delighted to see a funky outdoor seating and a fancy indoor. It is in a district where offices of large global companies... More

Quick service lunch only, freshest produce possible, awesome decor really happy. Not downtown Milan but couldn't have enjoyed more. Beef is grass fed only, everything is home made.

Unorthodox and revolutionary: street food off the beaten path. One visit will not be enough to explore the extensive and immaginative menu offered by the Chef/Owner, Giuseppe Zen. Not for faint-hearted though: lots of wonderful offal and d.i.y. service.

Its a trip to get there from central Milan, but a trip well worth travelling. This is one of my favourite restaurants in Milan and maybe even Italy. Real authentic down to earth Italy food cooked traditionally by people who love what they do and are very good at doing it. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgable and outgoing. Prices are... More

We arrived at Mangiari di Strada with high expectations after reading various reviews on local blog sites as well as trip advisor and even deviated off our normal route home to make the experience. On entering, the place is very cool and has a really good atmosphere. The service is extremely slow and in typical italian fashion without any sense... More

The service is a bit slow but order a craft beer and enjoy the atmosphere while you wait... it's definitely worth it. It's quite impossible to understand what you're ordering- typical italian dishes with names in dialect make it difficult to choose but it's always an unexpected and delicious surprise when you get your dish. It's the place I'll take... More
