This is not even close to a real good indian restaurant. They do not even have some red chilli if you need more spicy taste. The service is not attentive. The food is nust average western adomesticated indian food. Price is also too high foe what you get. The location is nice and the general atmosphere is also fine. I... More

If you want to try a new thing, this might be the place for you. This was my first Indian restaurant, and the meal was really nice. It is a good value for money. For less than 20€, you can eat perfectly.

We came here for our last dinner in Milan. It was raining and we entered the first open place we saw. We didn't plan on indian food but we got there and we're glad we did. The food was very good. The place is clean, welcoming and calm, and the family owned restaurant atmosphere is nice. The people are nice... More

We found this dinner quite good, pleasantly light in grease if a bit bland on flavours. Service was nice, if a bit slow for a near-empty place. We had to get up and hail a person to make our second orders. Price was a bit high, over 50 Euros for the two of us - with water and a single... More

I have been here many times over several years, a two room restaurant with a bar counter at the entrance, the owner is very kind and he also serves at the tables, his wife cooks. The chicken tandoori dish is very well done but the samosas are a bit dry. I wish Indian restaurant would have more variety in their... More

Went here for a lunch with friends, the kitchen is excellent, very clean and delicate for an indian restaurant; amazing samosas, great dahl, very good chicken... all served with a smile in a clean and orderly environment. Overall one of the best indians I've been to in Italy.

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
Navigli
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
