After delving trough many reviews on tripadvisor and still not having found the ONE restaurant, it was more or less in a spur of the moment that we decided to visit Valentino Vintage restaurant, which was relatively close to our hotel. And we didn't regret it: The food was very delicious as was the wine. They staff had this nice... More

Whether you ever are Italian food or not, Valentino is a must! Outstanding quality and service. Elegant cuisine without snobbish treatment of inferior places.

First of 15 nights in Italy, and "unfortunately" the Valentino Vintage set the bar too high for the rest of the restaurants we went to. Trip from Milan to Rome, stopping in Florence, several Tuscany small cities and Siena.

Did I spell that right? Doesn't matter. This typical Milanese dish hit the spot. The risotto was creamy and tinged with saffron while the meat was tender and tasty. We enjoyed a bottle of red wine and some appetizers of Italian cured meats. Dessert was a panna cota, just right but no coffee for me tonight! I needed to sleep.... More

We dined at Valentino at the recommendation of our hotel's concierge. It was within walking distance from the hotel. Stepping inside, we got a felling of coziness and comfort. Of medium size, with perhaps 20 tables, white tablecloths and lovely silverware. It is decorated in warm colors, with paintings and photographs on the walls. several columns break up the dining... We enjoyed a fantastic meal, everything tasted very fresh, and the atmosphere was relaxed although the design quite stylish. Our waiter was friendly, quick and thoughtful! Highly recommendable!

This place came recommended by the hotel, we had the seafood risotto with deep fried seafood and the chick pea salad. Really good, would highly recommend

My husband and I spent our last day and night of our Italy vacation in Milan. We are so happy we stumbled upon Valentino Vintage. The service was excellent and food even better. Valentino Vintage also added extras throughout the meal (including a glass of prosecco to start, different types of bread, and biscotti). The restaurant was also beautiful and... More

Valentino Vintage is a historical restaurant in Milan, the first to have dedicated the place to the romantic and fascinating actor Rodolfo Valentino. The restaurant is set in a seventeenth-century palace. The menu is Mediterranean-style and it offers traditional Italian recipes. The cellar counts 250 labels, carefully selected by our sommelier.

The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
