As expected, eating fish in Milan is expensive everywhere. A'Mare (slang for "at the sea") offers typical dishes from south Italy (Puglia). Starters are all very good: raw fish is their specialty, salmon, tuna, shrimps. The "granselezione" is enough for three or four people (they suggest for two but I don't think so). Pasta carbonara with tuna, and spaghetti with... More

No need for comments when you get smelly fish in a fish restaurant! We've got raw fish which was not fresh. It was very bad experience. We ordered mixed raw fish for a starter which was smelling bad. Raw tuna was dark and dry - for sure not fresh but the taste of raw scampi was just awful. Waiter proposed... More

Unpretentious seafood restaurant which served well prepared fresh seafood. A restricted menu, which is always a good sign, suggests they don’t keep a freezer full of stuff. We ate there one evening and would probably have gone back if we had more time. A bit quiet when we first arrived, but filled up later, mainly with younger locals. Definitely worth... More

Good place for fish with a fair pricing and a courteous waiter. You cannot make anything wrong with that place.

Very nice place close to the duomo! Great service and very good food to the moderate price! I recommend this strongly to others seeking lunch near the duomo! Thanks for a great lunch!

I went there with a colleague for lunch. Very nice grilled octopus and fried seafood. It is hard to find in the center such good seafood with reasonable prices.

We had a very pleasant time at this cozy restaraunt! The service was good, however a little stressed. The seafood was very fresh and perfectly cooked with a nice variety to "standard" seafood restaurants. Do note, however, that if you sit by the window you will have to deal with people trying to sell you things from the sidewalk while... More

Fish is awesome and price is suitable. Place good not pretending. Service is nice but they have to work on it. Plus: menu and quality; minus: serice and place

If you love fish and you like a good place where eating real good fish closed to Piazza Duomo. Go there.

The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
