Pleasant restaurant just outside the 'heart' of Milan. It is easily accessible by bus or tram. This small restaurant has everything what you desire. Good menu card (starter, dinner, dessert), friendly waiters, ... All the food is cooked with love and that translate itself to your dish. Local people will enjoy the food. For tourists, I can say it is... More

Even the bread and crostini was made by the chef! This is such a fabulous find. A Roman friend living in Milan recommended it. The food was original, well presented, subtle but very tasty. My husband and I invited three friends and we each tasted some of every plate. Each was as good as the next. We ordered a range... More

Wonderful and romantic environment. Delicious food with selected wine coupled with soft music and very nice and friendly hospitality. I suggest the "stracotto d'asino" if available.

The restaurant is very small only 6 tables, but this makes the place special for an intimate dinner or an evening with some dear friends. The menu is quite rich with a great influence of Sicilian cuisine. Good taste but what is not let me giving 4 stars is the lack of personality, some more salt, or some more oil,... More

This oddly named restaurant takes its moniker from a kind of Italian specialty cake that looks something like a panetone. The place also has an alternate, more Italian sounding name, that portends great cuisine: Il Tinello di Buongustai. Cugluff is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in the northeast quarter of the city. It may be a bit hard to... More

None is quite sure where Hayez street is in Milan , so we had to ask several people for its location. They were all sure it was close, but exactly where? I've been taken to this place by friends living in Milan. What a gourmet-surprise! Nothing is made standard, nothing as you'd expect it the usual way. In all cases you can notice a careful execution of daring, but not extravagant courses. I so loved this lunch that I'd like to come back as soon as possible. It's a sort of... More

Cugluf is a remarkable, gem-like intimate restaurant. Just 5 tables, with personalized service, elegant Italian cuisine, and a feel more like visiting a home than a business. The pasta with sardines was especially memorable. It is well worth finding this tiny, special place.

Traditional cuisine, elegantly prepared with an imaginative flair; a reliable wine list; a simple, comfortable ambience; a warm welcome; and excellent value. What more could one ask? Very highly recommended!
