My friend and I walked by this restaurant, and decided to check it out because it had a lot of Italian courses. I ate the crispy risotto, which I enjoyed very much, and the service was really good. We felt welcome the whole time, and if you are nearby, this is definitely a place to visit!

True milanese food, enjoyable environment, attentive service. We had a pre-Christmas dinner with friends and were all positively impressed by the high quality of all presented dishes, starting from the entrees. Can't wait to come back!

Went there for the first time last weekend and we were a table of 5. We received a warm welcome on arrival, and we were promptly showed to our table. We started with pinzimonio di crudités and some pate' and we went on having a superb meal all based on fish! The service was great, everybody spoke English apart from... More

Lovely atmosphere. Nice semi private area for our group of 11, but still felt part of the main restaurant. The food was good, the service was good and the wine was good. We'd offered our guests swordfish, pork cheek or mushroom risotto and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Went here based on a recommendation. It was a Saturday night so we had our hotel make reservations for us. Don't be put off by the street and entrance, inside is wonderful with very classic, authentic feel. We enjoyed complimentary fizz and pate with crudités to begin then had the best burrata / parma ham starter I've ever had. I... More

The place is an historic building , with a variety of traditional Milanese dishes Unfortunately something was not fresh and kept Me up the whole night. For the basic cuisine they serve the prices are astronomical.

We went here for dinner and the place is really nice, especially the seating outside. The food is good and the we loved the wine suggested by the sommelier. The experience could have been pleasant if all the waiters were polite. The lady which I think was assigned to serve our table doesnt seem to be in a good mood... More

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
