We had a good meal here: excellent home made pasta and risotto served at the table, with a really superb valpolicella recommended by the owner. Pleasant location and staff made the evening a great experience.

We highly NOT recommend this restaurant as the food is very poor quality, mostly frozen and not good... Very disapointed!More

This is a delightful little restaurant in a romantic piazza close to the great Sanctuary/Basilica of the Consolata. I had a light lunch outside, which was tasty and Venetian in origin. Very good value and attentive service.
Had drinks here and can say that the location within this piazza can't be beat. Had great service, and the people who worked here were very nice. We sat outside, but were forced inside by a rainstorm. Loved the inside, it was interesting, eclectic, and...More

situated in a quiet traffic free piazza, with lots of tables (spreading out towards Il Bicerin). We ate lunch here in the sun. Food was ok but just ok. Maybe we didnt choose well. Nice wine.
It's in a lovely little piazza and has a cosy atmosphere which drew us in. But the positive aspects stop there. Their fish dishes were filled with old, poor quality fish that I didn't even want on my plate, let alone in my mouth. The...More
Stumbled across Il Bacaro as we were sight-seeing in Turin. A great place for a good value, flavoursome and quick lunch with a decent glass of wine. We seriously considered going back there for dinner, but finished up in another part of the city.
