I went here with my boyfriend last summer and we were very late without any reservation. We saw this place with the bags of pasta inside and it looked very homey. We asked if they had seats outside and they set up a small table for us. The service was friendly from the beginning. We ordered a beautiful octopus antipasto... More

We stumbled across this "heritage site" looking for a traditional supper and were attracted by the pleasant ambience which seemed to consist mainly of locals. The situation was outdoors but sheltered on the spring evening. Lovely simple meal started with too much fresh grissini whilst waiting for the pasta (the Italian idea of Pasta as part of a many coursed... More

Another visit, another highly satisfying meal. Very nice restaurant for travelers. Menus have English translations and staff communicate well in both English and Italian. Wide variety of plates ranging from veal with tuna sauce (my favorite) to octopus. Excellent options for wine. Highly recommend. Remember to leave room in your suitcase to bring home some dried pasta (3,5 per bag).

We went to the place for lunch, tried 3 different kind of pasta... unlike the normal pasta we order from Italian restaurant it comes with different flavours and ingredients, all their pasta are freshly made, they even sells it in the store. It's a bit different but still very tasty, lot of locals go to the place either for lunch... More

My second time in phillipis last night & it was just as good as the first time, typical piemonte food cooked to perfection i can't say how good this food is you have to try yourself.

Excellent pasta, freshly prepared, tasty and reasonably priced. Service was fast and the food was some of the best pasta we ate in Turin (better than fancier places...)

Had a very nice lunch with fresh pasta and a perfect customer service! Fair price fro the structure of the restaurant. If you are alone is a perfect option! I have one more day here and will come back!!

Very good food and nice people. The agnolotti were excellent, the meat delicious. Walking distance from the hotel near the Rail Station.

Defilippis was recommend by my hotel & what a recommendation, all of the staff were very helpful, the wild boar ragu was exceptional as was the the veal cheeks & the tiramasu was the best I've had, accompanied with 1/2 a bottle of excellent wine, it just looks like a shop from outside but what a surprise.

Good food, friendly service, in the center of Turin. Reasonably priced. Parking can be a little challenging.
