For who's looking for high quality traditional good cuisine from the region, this is the place to go to. Reasonably priced for the quality. Service a little slow. So you shouldn't be in a rush.

The setting - very elegant, white table cloths, servers in uniforms. I felt almost underdressed wearing T shirt and jeans. Many of the other customers seemed to be Italians, smartly dressed... The service - very good. Great waiter, very professional with the wine (he was very careful With decanting the wine for us). The food - amazing appetizers and pasta,... More

While this restaurant was far from our hotel, it was well worth the walk. It was one of our favorite meals on our two week trip to Italy. Menu featured many traditional dishes for the region and the wine menu was extensive and affordable. Each dish we ordered was delicious- the tajarin was the best I had on the trip.... More

Dinner in Italy as you want to. Simple, tasty, good service, excellent wine list. Loved the desserts served as you like from the little trolley.

I went for a business dinner and I think you should keep it for that type of occasion. The atmosphere is not for a romantic dinner. In my opinion is not cozy or with any particular character. Nevertheless the food was really good. Pasta with shrimps and zucchini flowers was delicious. The porterhouse steak incredibly tender (even if you will... More

Awesome place really. Authentic, not too expensive, great service, and gat wine list all rolled into one place. Amazing really. I loved all the dishes we tried and they also prepared something special for the kids. The dessert tray is.....well to die for. They make their own Panettone and have a great crema to go with it. Really great!

The restaurant is in a lovely street just south of the River Po - a very nice area to stroll around. There are three rooms and we ate in the main room. The smallest room is not ideal if you want atmosphere but may be perfect if you're looking for a discreet, romantic experience. The staff are friendly without being... More

The service is one of the best even though you need to wait a little. I truly recommend Tagliatelle con funghi porcini, Grissinopoli. You can match it with very good Barbaresco (2009). The are plenty of deserts but sorbetto al limone is very light and most refreshing.

We had mixed feelings about this restaurant. Maybe we were just unlucky, but it seemed to us that there were two people working in the kitchen, one quite good and the other clearly not. The pasta dishes were fine, but there were some problems with the main courses. When the fish dish was served, it was followed about 5 minutes... More

My 2 sisters, myself and a brother in law sat down in the restaurant and instead of choosing from the menu, asked the owner to serve us food that represented the Piedmontese region. The food and service were excellent as well as the wine choices that accompanied each part of the meal. We were brave enough to try the raw... More
