Just happened upon this restaurant and glad we did! This is where the locals eat. Great food at great prices. Service was excellent and not rushed. Well priced and the quality of food was one of the best during our stay. We actually had supper there twice out of the five nights. Be prepared to pay cash. No credit cards... More

You could hardly find a place with such a good price/quality combination. The service was good, even though the place was a bit too crowded. As an italian, I was really surprised by the excellent quality of the pizza, the fragrance of the dough and the authentic flavour. I took down the address, and will definitely go back

My wife and I ate here on our first night in Turin and had a very nice pizza which was reasonably priced with a nice wine. The service was really friendly and quick. On every occasion we've eaten there we've been surprised at the speed to which food is prepared. The a la carte menu is quite expensive, but is... More

Re-visting here, this year, we enjoyed another great meal from their 2 course including drink, menu. A lot of locals eat here. Make sure you check out the 2 course menu. It used to be 8.50 euros now is 12 euros, but including wine or some other drink it is worthwhile. I enjoy the spaghetti bolognese followed by a large... More

Delicious food, particularly the mussel soup. Great atmosphere. A lot of locals. Definitely would return. Superior service.

First came to this restaurant 16 years ago. It was serving up good authentic Italian food then and I'm pleased to say it still does. It's also very reasonably priced. I'll be coming back again in the near future (I hope).

I actually went here twice. The first time I had pasta with a ragu that was excellent and the service was very quick. The second time I had their three course lunch for 8euro50. I got the risotto al frutta di mare, scallopine, and a green salad. The salad was blah but the risotto was very good and the scallopine... More

Da Peppino offers a very good value pizza lunch (you can also get first and second main courses for the same price but they are not the best). The location is good if you're shopping or visiting the city centre.

We couldn't believe the price for dinner...an €8.50 3 course menu and drink! I didn't believe that the food would be good for that but I was greatly surprised! A really plentiful pasta starter, followed by a huge pork chop and veg. We ordered a plate of roasted potatoes too. Great value. There was a really huge choice from the... More
