There's a sign outside this restaurant asking customers not to leave Tripadvisor reviews and claiming the reviews about them on here are fake. That should have been a red flag but we were very tired after a long day and this was the only empty...More

This place had a No TripAdvisor sign on its window so we should have kept walking. We walked in because there was air conditioning and that was the only positive attribute. I had spaghetti and tomato sauce which could have come from an elementary school...More

On a trip with 4 couples, this restaurant was near our hotel. We arrived late, but the service was very good and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was our first restaurant meal in Italy, so there was some...More

Avoid this restaurant, it has the worst service I've ever experienced. It is not managed well, customers that came to the restaurant an hour after us received their food before us. Our food came late which I wouldn't complain about but my food was served...More

Came here after Venice carnival, and expected a nice meal. First, the wine glasses were dirty and the red wine was freezing cold - clearly straight out of the fridge. It also looked like a 3/4 euro bottle we had seen in the supermarket earlier....More

Cannaregio is the second largest sestiere (district)
with its busy Santa Lucia train station. Many
transplanted Venetians commute from the outlying
areas, “terra firma” to the locals, which is shorthand
for any place that is not Venice. Two Grand Canal
bridges serve Cannaregio, the newest (Constitution,
2008) still a local hotbed of controversy. Ponte degli
Scalzi is a busy link to the train station. Nearby
