We came here twice while staying in venice, since it was very hard to find a another good restaurant in the area. The food and service were good but the prices were too expensive. The cover charge was 3 euros a person.

I am surprised to see as many negative comments because we absolutely loved our meal here! We stumbled upon this restaurant after roaming around town looking for somewhere to eat for an hour. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a Bellini immediately after sitting and...More

Came here for dinner. Staffs were friendly. Food were good with decent serving portion. We were given complimentary bruschetta with tomato, chilli and olive. Ordered mixed cured meat, gnocchi, crab pasta, and some wines. Cost about €73.

Typical Venetian tourist trap--ho hum Italian dishes that are about as good as the Olive Garden in the States. Overpriced...only silver lining was the bruschetta.

Hello. I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't liked your meal but I'm frankly a little bit surprised. I remember well when you complained that we were wrong to serve the Bolognese veal scallop that way; Our waitress explained that the traditional recipe requires...More

In Venice for the day and decided to have a pizza each. We had the Marguerita as it was only lunch and didn't want anything too heavy. Pizza was lovely but not cut couldn't fault it in any other way

Description
In 1953, just after few years from the ending of the world war II, Lino Pierazzo decided he was going to open a restaurant in the heart of Venice, between S.Marco square and Rialto bridge; starting with just his wife as a cook, he succeeded in making it one of the most popular restaurant of Venice.
