Our dinner here was the best meal we have had in two trips to Venice. The pasta in claim sauce was perfectly al dente, hot, with many tasty clams and just the right amount of garlic. The tuna with sesame crust and oranges was high...More

We had a very nice lunch here in late August and we were very pleased with the adoring service and the quality of the food. It is a clear step up from typical tourist fare. We have a dietary restriction (celiac) and they handled that...More

The service was great as was the food. It was great to get real bread and bruschetta for the 3 euro bread charge. The place became very busy as the night went on, so this is a good sign. The pasta was fresh and the...More

We found this restaurant while on a walking tour and immediately booked for dinner. We were not disappointed, the food was excellent and the service from the staff could not have been better. Sitting outside is recommended which adds to the atmosphere. If we had...More

Though they do offer meat dishes, A Beccafico is basically a seafood restaurant, which is very good...as is the service. If you can, it is always best to make a reservation for a table out In the campo (square). Not that the inside is bad,...More

Their menus are all in Italian only, so I can't say for certain. However, it's a very good restaurant, and all the other such places we visited had a note about special requirements on their menus. Our waiter could speak... More

Just accross the Ponte Ascedemia. Lovely and serean in a quiet pizza very near to Pizza San Marco. Wine not served by the glass - they open a bottle of wonderful house wine and only charge you for what you drink. Excellent friendly service and good food.
