What a wonderful place! Food is excellent as is the atmosphere! Can’t wait to come back! I might need to move to Venice!

This restaurant offers too many options of Oriental-African food where you could pair rice (many options for rice too) or couscous with a lot of variety of dishes (vegetarian or with meat, chicken or sea food). My favorite was the rice with lentil and onions...More

We stumbled upon this place by accident and I'm very glad we did. It looked busy which is already a good sign. The food is more middle eastern/Asian so the name of the restaurant is a bit confusing. The food however is delicious. Pricing is...More

Very clean and nice place, the staff was so smiling and helpful. They serve Halal food and the price is average Venice prices. Absolutely worth to try and enjoy the place.

We came here after visiting reviews and we weren't disappointed. Our waiter Hassan was really nice and helped explain everything. We enjoyed the food and would come back. We particularly liked the colours and vibrancy of the whole place

A great budget pit stop in an expensive town. The food is very tasty, meat or vegetarian. Pick 1-5 dishes (which all come on the same plate) and pay 7-14 euros. Service is quick as it's been pre-cooked. House wine is good too. Nice to...More

The food is OK, some dishes are good but be careful and ask in advance what is a price because they will count number of dishes as they want (depends on the person who makes a bill)

Cannaregio is the second largest sestiere (district)
with its busy Santa Lucia train station. Many
transplanted Venetians commute from the outlying
areas, “terra firma” to the locals, which is shorthand
for any place that is not Venice. Two Grand Canal
bridges serve Cannaregio, the newest (Constitution,
2008) still a local hotbed of controversy. Ponte degli
Scalzi is a busy link to the train station. Nearby
