We stopped here on our first night in Verona for drinks before dining elsewhere and liked it so much that we returned two days later for lunch. This was my introduction to the much-praised Aperol Spritz, a drink that proved to be the first of many for me. For lunch, we shared a meat-and-cheese antipasto, and we both ordered the... More

Classic Italian cafe in a very classy classic Italian square. Mid range prices which are good considering the location, they have a toilet.... but hey this is Italy, so you know what awaits you!

Lots of choice in Piazza Erbe and very pleased we opted to come to Mazzanti Cafe. We had two very good pasta dishes - prawn linguine and sea bass ravioli - good size portions and well cooked. It's also a great spot for watching the world go by!

This restaurant on the Piazza Delle Erbe, in the centre of Verona, is an ideal place to have a snack lunch. The staff were as helpful as you would expect in such a busy restaurant. The price was quite reasonable, considering the location. Great for " people watching "

Located at the corner of Piazza Delle Erbe, hence a good location for "watching the world go by".As you would expect very busy and very "touristy". Nevertheless a good spot for lunch - traditional pasta dishes on offer. Also a good selection of salads. Only sampled the salads and these were good.

Called in here yesterday to escape heat and rest our feet. Good tap beer, aperol spritz and white wine 14 euro. We always wonder if the bar snacks (olives and chips) are free or not but here they apparently were free. Good wifi. Nice location.

Lunchtime visit on a hot day, cafe is right on the square. Is the most modern looking of the cafés and very nice. We had our usual - a large salad and a meat platter and shares them. Both were excellent. Nice mix of bread too. Great place.
