The restaurant is in a good position, has very beautifull view. But unfortunatly the meals are the same as in the rest of the restaurants, for the dinner they already didn't have any fresh fish exept tuna. Sparklig white wine was tasty. The desert was also tasty. The dishes are not too big, so you want get out full.

Unfortunately, we ate lunch today at this tourist trap. I had a prawn and clam pasta dish. The pasta was not fresh made and the only two prawns were provided. The sauce tasted as if it came from a can. My wife had flat spaghetti with prawns and clams. It also was not fresh made and came with one prawn,... More

Yes it is a bit of a tourist restaurant, but it had a good range of food and wine, nice indoor seating, quick service, fresh and hot food, lots of local dishes, friendly service, enjoyed the food, was relaxed atmosphere. Very good

We had lunch here and sat outside looking out to sea. The service was a little slow. The meal we had was small compared to what we had in other restaurants and we didn't really enjoy it at all and when the bill came it was 15 Euros dearer than other restaurants where we had far more and food of a... We really enjoyed the twilight special menu and thought it was pretty good value. The availability of choice was amazingly good and the staff were all very friendly. Just caught the last embers of a fantastic sunset. Would definitely go back

We had a short wait for a table here, it's obviously popular. the food was pretty good - we had a raw fish starter - some better than others and I had a swordfish main which was delicious but small servings and I had to order sides as an extra at an additional 5 euros... service was good enough, on... Superb location, superb sunset. Service though is cool, food is just very basic (actually it is simply not ok). Price is discussed by other reviewers ... Actually a classical tourist trap: good location, nicely decorated tables, good looking menu card. Do not make the mistake we made!

I'm not the person to write reviews but given that the "head waiter" was so rude to us I decided to write about our experience here. Alghero is a nice city with many good bars and restaurants, but this is probably the only one that charges you both coperta and servizio (10% of the total bill including the coperta). Also,... More

We had lunch on a Saturday. Food was good and staff was friendly. Be aware of the 10% they charge you for sitting outside. On top of the famous "coperto"

The Mirador is in a fantastic location overlooking the sea on the ramparts. We had chosen this restaurant to try the paella that harked back to the Catalan past of this area of Sardinia. Decor and service were good, but we were disappointed by the food which was not very flavoursome or even hot. The waitress seemed in a hurry... More
