First night in Alghero and really liked this place, great atmosphere and decent food. Offers various set venues if you are unsure which include a glass of wine and water.

We dined twice at La Saletta during our recent holiday in Alghero. Huge portions of really tasty Sardinian food but extremely reasonably priced. Service was friendly and very good. Suckling pig, stuffed pork and wild boar stew were excellent and the mixed cheese and meats...More

We just couldn't believe the prices here - so cheap for what you get! We chose the 20 euro set menu which included wine. The stater was so delicious, cheese meats and bread. We then both had a pasta dish next followed by a main...More
The appetizers are grand enough that to order one is enough for three people. Order their signature 'piggy' dish and there is no way you will not be impressed. Very reasonable prices for a great experience.
