We stopped there because of the nice terrace in the sun, overlooking the Piazza Santa Croce. However, we were disappointed because of the poor quality of the coffee that we ordered, and that wasn't really cheap!

Stopped in at lunchtime for a couple of pizzas. Good food and service. We ate outside but there are plenty of tables inside. Inside looks nice. Nice atmosphere, well managed.

5 years ago my husband and I went on our honeymoon and were in Florence. We had the BEST Italian food of our lives there! We speak of it often saying how we would love to go back to eat that food again! Fast forward 5 years and here we are today. We were planning a day trip to Florence... More

Wonderful location adjacent to the steps of Santa Croce and the statue of Dante. A small bar area leading to a large dining area. Just called in for a rest and some nourishment. It serves lovely cakes and pastries and a great selection of tea ( not a coffee drinker). A bit touristy, but that comes with the location. Worth... More

The food here was ok but nothing special, way too touristy for me. The outdoor terrace area is nice. There's also a café inside serving coffee and pastries, the pastries looked nice but we didn't try them. Service was friendly enough. The restaurant seems to be the place of choice for local tour guides to deposit their sightseeing clients. In... More

We made a quick stop to take a coffee and an orange juice (5€ only this two things). We tried to sit down in any table inside the restaurant, but the maitre threw us out of the dining area telling us that " these tables are only to eat ", and he told us that we had to take a... More

This was a sugestion from our Guide Tour, the place was really nice. With a medieval look, you can decide if you want to eat inside the restaurant or at the front where you have a beautiful view of the Central Plaza and the Florence Cathedral. Coffee was great and the food and desserts where just one of a kind!... More

If you finished visiting Santa Croce it's time to have a nice meal. Here you can find different types of pasta, pizzas, second dishes and desserts. Besides it has a nice view on the cathedral and square.

We ate here for dinner in our last night in Florence. The place is rustic. Pizza was delicious, salad was fresh and gelato dessert was awesome.
